Certified Athletic Trainer

David is a student of movement. He graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from the University of La Verne working with high school and collegiate athletes of all levels. He continued to study movement by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to better push himself and his clients. He then went on to receive his doctorate in physical therapy while simultaneously working as an athletic trainer at Gannon University.

David strongly values accountability, balance and integrity to uphold the best treatment for his clients. His goals are to create a lifelong impact and encourage each person to find the athlete within themselves. He works to empower his clients with strategies and movement to help improve their overall quality of life. He strives to keep everyone in the game and keep them moving doing what they love.

His daily movement practice involves strength and mobility general preparedness. He sees just as much value in quiet self reflection as collaboration and communication. He loves to learn and practice Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit and kettlebell based strength movements. You can find him unwinding watching Critical Role, reading a science fiction fantasy novel or taking trips to the beach or lush forested areas.
